The Sepang International Circuit is the result of another innovative design by the German designer Hermann Tilke and will be the host to the 17th round of the MotoGP calendar this weekend.

Australia’s Phillip Island was constructed in 1928 and later became known as the Australian Grand Prix, hosting races up until 1935, just before closing in 1940.
