I am currently taking part in the formula woman scheme which is a competition to find a racing driver among thousands of woman withy no experience. My assessment day is end of April start of may . Once I have been to the assessment day I will hopefully be picked to attend a boot camp to eliminate 50 woman to 16. My day job is to teach 14years olds as part of their school vocational training, car mechanics. I am the only woman in my company (Carter and carter plc - we are nationwide) that does that particular job. I also try to promote the motor trade to women as it is a very male dominated trade.
