| Skateboarding History: Started around 16yrs
old, didn't take it too seriously, got into the
sport because I spent a lot of time hanging out
with my male friends and filming them skate. It
took a longtime to get a girls scene going in
the UK - I missed out on the first few contests
because of a broken wrist, then the scene died
down again and I broke and dislocated my elbow
which took me out for a year. Now I have been
skating alot more these past two years, the scene
has grown and I have met lots of great people
and have been given the opportunity to travel
more.
Future Plans: To travel as much as possible. It's
unconfirmed but I may be competing in a contest
in Finland in August. I am hopefully going to
skate with some friends in France and Italy this
year, as well as going to Sweden to check some
of the parks out in Sept/Oct time this year. I
am skating in two comps in Germany in 2008 as
well as the GSJUK and any others that are happening
in Europe
Sponsors: Rogue Skateboards
Anything else: Thanks to my family and to everyone
I meet who motivates me to skate and learn new
things - to all the girls in the UK who skate
because they love it. Also to Simon at Rust skateshop
for giving me a job when I needed on and for helping
me out - cheers.
