get the exercise habit back

It's about time
If you're going to get the exercise habit back, then the first thing you're going to need to do is make some time for yourself. Once you've got that time, then you can start to do something with it to improve your quality of life.

'When can I start?'
Once you've made a decision about your 'personal time', then you should talk to a fitness professionals about what you want to do with it. If you've only got half an hour to spare a couple of times a week, then it's really important that you feel you're benefitting from it.

'Exercise, schmexercise...'If all exercise feels like that dreadful PE class at school, then we're never going to persuade you to jump into the gym on your own. But what if you were doing something as part of a group, wouldn't that be more fun? We offer a huge range of classes and activities that can help you get fitter and healthier. You can try them out for size with one of our Taster Classes - a 15-30 minute slice of our most popular activities, without any commitment on your part. Try it, you might like it.

'What if I had a target?'
There's nothing more motivating than success. Which is why our fully qualified fitness professionals will work with you to devise a personal programme that incorporates the targets that you want to achieve. Targets that keep you feeling like you're making a difference.

'I get so bored...'
Then vary your workouts. Swim for a change, or take a class instead of working out in the gym

'What's in it for me?'
Aside from the pleasure you'll get from a body that you can enjoy, you might want to consider rewarding yourself for all your hard work. Have a relaxing spa or sauna at the end of an energizing session, buy yourself a new t-shirt or just a relaxing cup of coffee in the café-bar. It'll all make you look forward to your next visit.
