Round 5 at Croft saw a very wet weekend. The rain did not give up even for a second. This made for some great racing as the cars were slip sliding all over the place. Shelley had three great heats with two wins & second qualifying her on pole for the A Final. She made a blistering start and held took the win from the lights to the flag. This now puts Shelley at the top of the championship.

Rounds 6 & 7 are at Blyton in September where Shelley’s hoping to keep her lead going.

Shelley ventured across to Europe at the weekend for a non-championship round in Holland at the Euro circuit in Valkenswaard. The weather was a lot better & with dry conditions it made for some fast racing. Shelley was 2nd in her first heat but then took the win in the next two heats. She was on Pole again for the A Final. Shelley made a blistering start & got to the corner first. She took the win to the chequered flag her first European victory!!
