While racing in the juniors, I won my first trophy in 2005 and have won many more since. In 2006 I achieved 5th in the overall championship points at my race track. After getting 5th in the points I began to wonder where I could be in a year’s time. So through a hard year in 2007 I went on to get 3rd in the championship. Each season sees about 32 Ministox turn out with 29 of them being male .

I became the first female to achieve top 3 in the ranking and still remain the only female to have ever reached podium status at my track.Unfortunatly before heading for my next goal of topping the championship table, my time had run out, it was time I moved into the adults. In 2008 saw my first year of racing with the adults I exceeded my expectations by achieving 3rd which meant I had equalled my best result of the juniors in my first year with the adults. I also reached superstar grade which is the best grade you can achieve without being points champion. 3rd in the points meant a big deal to me as it is my first season racing with adults and I am the only female competitor of the class as well as the youngest being on the minimum age.
