Hi im Natalie, i am 14 years old this year, and started PowerBoat racing late 2007.

After a year of club races and the odd National event in 2008 i got a better boat for 2009 for my first serious attempt at the
Rya national championship.

It was a great first serious season for me with many highs but one or two low points.
 
 

HIGH POINTS  
First Rya National win inc pole possision at the the 3rd round in the Midlands,
1st place at the Cholmondely pageant of power in front of over 25,000 people
Filmed and interviewed on ITV.

1 of only three uk juniors who represent GB in the european JT250 championships only finished 8th but the highest place girl in the uk and europe
 
LOW POINTS
Disqualified from one heat in the 2nd Rya national that caused me to finish 5th when i should have been 3rd (very naughty)
Mystery Fuel contamination (Diesel fuel magically found its way into my fuel tank !! )at the european championships caused me to finish 8th and i know i would have done better.
