Zoe WenhamName: Zoe Wenham
Location: Glos, UK
Date Of Birth: 1994
Since the age of 9 when I started racing karts in the Honda Cadet class I have never wanted to stop racing. I have progressed up the ladder to where I am today and hopefully in 10 years time I can look back and say my dreams came true. It has now become a passion and a career for me and I could not have achieved any of my goals so far if it wasn't for the support I get from my family, friends, school and instructor and mentor Stefan Hodgetts.

Competed in Saxmax Championship, first full year. Running with Ferguson Motorsport team finishing 9th overall in the Championship,
Early 2009: Problems with the car meant my results weren't as I had hoped but the car was in fresh for Anglesey (6th and 7th June) where I qualified 6th but unfortunately my car was hit from behind causing my car to roll so I DNF.
August: The first ever recipient of the 'Saxmax Driver of the Day' award,
September: Best ever qualifying of 3rd (only behind the top two drivers in the championship).
Best ever finish in Saxmax at Snetterton 2 weeks later with a 4th place. Unfortunately I am still lacking some car racing silverware,
December: Again nominated for BWDRC Elite Gold Star Award.
The last 2009 750 Motor Club meeting was televised on Christmas Day on Motors TV. I had an onboard camera and was talked about many times; this was great publicity and opportunity for me to be shown on that source of media, as I hadn't been featured on television before.
I have done interviews with trackside commentators, local radio stations and for magazines articles (UK and Asia) this gives me good grounding when it comes to meeting sponsors and handling myself around people who are important to help me get where I want to be in a few years time.

For 2010:
Competing in the first 4 rounds of the Saxmax Championship.
Once I turn 16, I will be starting my senior racing career and am planning to compete in the VW Cup for the rest of the season.
The Future (My Dreams):
My 5-year plan is to compete in the VW Cup for the next 2 seasons with the hope that results will allow me to move on to the Clio Cup. My ultimate ambition within my 5-year plan is to compete in the British Touring Car Championship. Above and beyond that is to be a competitor in the World Touring Car Championship.

Education:
I am currently taking my GCSE's.  I plan to stay on for sixth form taking A levels and would like to run the AASE Motorsport course alongside.
