Justine JacksonJustine Jackson was born on November 18, 1990 in Kingston, Jamaica, to Andrew and Gillian Jackson along with her twin brother Sean Jackson who is only 10 minutes older. As a kid, Justine, her dad and two brothers would attend many motorsports events in Jamaica such as rallies, dexterities and sprints but wasn't hooked until September 2003 where she began her racing career at age 12 racing go-karts in the Junior Sportsman Rookie Class, racing for the Jetcon Racing Team which was sponsored by Jetcon Corporation Limited.

In 2004 she made the jump to the Junior Sportsman Yamaha class and in 2005 she raced in the Junior Rotax Class Championship. She had 6 class podium finishes out of 8 racemeets entered and attained her first race win in July 2005 at an International Race meet held locally. She would finish 3rd in the Championship.

2006 was another successful year for the young driver as she had 5 class podium finishes out of 8 racemeets entered, and received The Star of The Meet Award in October 2006 for an outstanding performance. In 2006 the Jamaica Karting Association held a street race in the streets of New Kingston entitled "Red Bull Smokin' Streets" which aimed to find Jamaica's Ultimate Driver. Justine finished 2nd in The Junior Rotax Class and qualified on the 3rd row for the Ultimate Driver race but was unable to start due to technical problems on the kart. She would then go on to finish 3rd in the Championship.

2007 was a very challenging year for Justine as she competed in the ICC 125cc Shifter Kart Class Championship. But she persevered and made the best of the circumstances. In 2007 she also completed a Skip Barber 3-day Racing School Course held at Virginia International Raceway (South Course) in Virginia, USA in August and was accepted to The Women in the Winner's Circle Driver Development Program established by Lyn St. James, a former Indy Car and Indy 500 driver.

In 2008, Justine finished 2nd in the Rotax Senior Class Championship with 4 wins, 2 poles & 7 overall class podiums of 10 racemeets entered this season. She also finished 5th in the 125cc Shifter Class Championship with 2 overall class podium from 6 racemeets entered this season. She hopes next year to compete internationally as she takes another step towards achieving her goal of racing in Formula 1.

2009 brought about many different opportunities for Justine. She competed in the 125cc shifter Class for three racemeets and also in the Rotax Senior Class for the annual Caribbean Karting Carnival, held in Kingston Jamaica in July 2009. Justine finished 3rd in class on day 1 of competition and was the only Jamaican to win a race in that class on that day. Justine also finished 3rd in class on day 2 walking away with two very big accomplishments as she raced against many current and former class champions from around the world. In August 2009, Justine moved to the United States to further her racing career as well as pursue a degree in Motorsports Management at Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina.
