Sophie first started snowboarding when she was 6, then she tried skiing for a year but still snowboarding at the time.

Then after a year of skiing she decided that snowboarding was for her and she started competing in the Aim Series which is now called the British Snow Tour.

Sophie's recent results at the British Championships in Laax, Switzerland this year was a gold and three silver medals in the women's kids category, I entered slopestyle, big Air, Bordercross and halfpipe.
